In this gaming guide, we will be discussing five powerful builds for the game PAYDAY 2, specifically focusing on the Muscle perk deck. While this may not be a commonly used perk deck, it is a highly effective one that you should consider using. Keep reading to learn more!
HOW MUSCLE WORKS?
Okay, let’s see, muscle is not a very popular deck, if you don’t think that, just check it in youtube or just in steam guides, muscle is not very hard to explain as crewchief, here are the numbers of what this perk deck gives:
<3-+100% health
<3-*1.15 enemy target priority
<3-Shooting at an enemy with an unsupressed weapon has a 20% chance to cuase panic (btw, no crossbows and bows doesn’t work)
<3-Heal 3% of your max health every 5 seconds
and that’s all of this perk, I’m going to explain in detail that numbers down here
HOW THAT NUMBERS AFFECT ON MUSCLE:
1.- HEALTH
Muscle is the only one that can take 2 shots of a heavy zeal without reductions or more health
230 (HP default) + 100% = 460
460 + Joker = 598 (always)

598 + 10% = 658
658 + 4 Hostages = 830 (Very powerful to tank 3 shots of a heavy, 1 shot of a green dozer plus 1 shot of a heavy zeal
2.- REGENERATION
The regeneration of Muscle is 3% and it’s… good? okay no, Isn’t good enought as Hostage taker regeneration, is very slow taking 2 minutes and more seconds to complete all the health bar
Okay BUUUUT, taking hostage taker plus muscle is… very faster than muscle default
3% + 4.5% = 7.5% regeneration per 5 seconds, it only takes 30 seconds to complete all the health after you have been down, is the best passive regeneration in the game (grinder doesn’t count because is agressive regeneration, but is easy than the regeneration of muscle, lmao)
3.- OTHER STUFF
Okay, the panic and and target priority
Panic: it only works with unsepressed weapons, that means weapons without a supressor (duh) and because of this, fire is the best friend for the muscle’s panic, for double effect, and maybe for a little help the threat of the weapons, it sounds like a joker lmao (the panic effect, threat and fire stunning doesn’t stack in each other but, is okay, don’t worry)
Target prority: Is nothing special, you eat more bullets than the normal, for this you can be graced sometimes, and that’s all

Muscle Tank & Dragon’s breath
As I said, muscle’s panic is helped with the fire, causing double effect on enemies, but who cares really about this, dragon’s breath maybe is best than the tombstone so?, we don’t have overkill ace because the fire deaths dont activate that skill, steakout with tombstone maybe is because the best shotgun who doesn’t care about concealtment (but I think the VD-12 works similar and maybe a little better than steakout but, okay, try it too) and for killing dozers a high damage SMG, probably the best option being the krinkov, you can change the medic bag to first aid kit if you want xd

Muscle Tank Flamethrower
Well, I know everyone is going to see the primary flamethrower instead of the secondary one, but hey relax, if you see it like a meme build, okay see it like that, but the Mk.1 is good enought, can reach 2300 of ammo without skills, it can last better than the secondary ant that’s all, it doesn’t need crits, and for killing dozers another SMG with high damage with HVT, is similar like the previous build, if you want to change the medic bags with faks (First Aid Kits) is okay :3

Well, the same thing that in the first build but with crits, this build have a funny thing (that I set it on, lmao) that this build have 3 panic effects, 1: Muscle’s panic, 2: Fire stunning, 3: Threat max and finally one, 4: Flash bang… he… hehe… hehe I’m so crazy

Hmm? oh well, only that, first aid kits for survive more, cavity for killin dozers, snipers and probably medics too, and the grimm fire for the rest

Muscle Flamethrower
Well, Akimbos in this game are OP, all we know that, is a good way to clean the map but with a flamethrower is better, also for put ammo in both weapons, but you have to be more careful, otherwise you won’t have ammo fast, so use the akimbos for dozers, torrets, and flamethrower for clean all the map, the mark 10 in akimbo version have a special thing, the speed pull magazine don’t have penalties, for concealment, ant that’s all

Okay, for the last build an easy one, the mosconi for killing shields and stun enemies, and the ak gen for all the rest, this don’t have Overkill ace but if you want, you can take off all medic tree, and put it in shotgunner to overkill ace and boost the damage of the ak gen, but meh, I like more the first aid kits here xd
